Southampton Secret Ale

Secret Ale poured a light brown color with a mild off white head. It has a nice big malty nose with a hint of hops. The malt on the nose does not give off a sweet smell which means there are no fruity esters in this beer. There is malt on front and a quiet middle with a short but nice dry finish.

This is a smooth, dry beer that would make for a nice session beer. If you are a noted ale drinker you will be able to find the subtle differences that this beer posesses.
